Most orders are ready within 24–48 hours of pickup, depending on the service you choose. You'll see an estimated delivery time on your order once it's picked up.
Yes — open the order and change the delivery address, as long as the order hasn't already been picked up.
You can request cancellation as long as it hasn't been picked up yet. Once picked up, orders can no longer be cancelled.
You can choose to pay upfront with Paystack or pay at pickup, depending on the service.
Recurring pickups can be set up from the booking flow — choose your frequency, preferred day, and time slot, and we'll handle the rest automatically.
